Lumière - Light Roast

Lumière is a light roast built around coffees from Ethiopia (Guji), Mexico (Chiapas), and Brazil (Cerrado). These origins create a profile centered on citrus and fresh fruit, giving you a light-bodied cup that feels clean, bright, and controlled.

Ethiopia brings the main lift, with clear citrus and fruit notes that lead the cup. Mexico adds balance, smoothing the brightness so it stays crisp without turning sharp.
